FAQS
Question:
I am a proud owner of a suzuki cappuccino and i just wanted to know why all your items are sooooooo over priced, its ridiculous!

the car itself is only worth £1500, the parts are all a fortune!

could you explain to me why this is?

Answer:

I don’t think you should judge the prices of parts to the value of your Cappuccino. Otherwise, soon, all the parts we’re selling will have to be given away!!! Many Cappuccino are now worth a lot more than £1500. Anyway, it’s no relevant to the cost of the parts.

Here are the true reasons why:

  1. All the parts are imported from Japan and needless to say that the cost of the transport is now sky high!!!
  2. Most parts are also manufactured on a very low quantity. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that the price is not the same if we get 1000 units of a part manufactured compare to the usual 5 or 10 units we usually get manufactured at a time.
  3. The YEN is very volatile. In the exchange, 1 year ago, we were given 240 yen for 1 pound. And now, mid-October 2008, we are only given 168 yen. That’s a drop of 30% on our purchasing power, in a year.

Another thing worth mentioning; it’s actually cheaper to buy parts or tune a Cappuccino than most other Japanese cars. Our parts are ALL cheaper than your local Suzuki dealer. And that, for the same items: Genuine Suzuki parts. We only sale a few aftermarket items as the quality offered is not as good as the genuine articles.

If you have any parts you will be interested in, just let me know and I will double check if we can offer any discount on them or if the price is right. We’re not immune to mistakes.

Finally, if you find the parts cheaper elsewhere, we give you 10% discount on the better price you have found. We can’t be fairer than that!!!
